A humanitarian, social worker, and advocate for equality, Dr. Mohammad Nizamuddin has dedicated his life to serving the most vulnerable in society. With decades of work in social justice and human rights, he has led initiatives that uplift underprivileged communities, promote education, and protect those without a voice.
Seeing the tragic rise of female foeticide and abandonment, Dr. Nizamuddin founded Goadh Foundation with a single mission: to ensure that no girl child is ever denied her right to live.

Every day in India, thousands of baby girls are abandoned, neglected, or denied their right to live. Between 1987 and 2016, nearly 13.5 million female births went missing due to sex-selective practices and social discrimination.
